Monolith

Sterling Silver, Smoky Quartz

The inspiration for this piece stems from the idealistic view of male character. Men are most often stereotyped as rough, tough, and larger than life. I drew further inspiration from stone structures. With this I created the Monolith ring; a visual representation of masculinity and the social stigmas associated with its ideals.
